We have a valid Visa still active but now i as the Principal Applicant is requested to come for a Follow Up Interview. Actuall we visited US in December 2018 as a family of Four but 3 of us returned BECAUSE my spouse stayed behind for a while with some family that we have not been with for a while for another One month after myself and had left US to return to Nigeria. Could that be a reason i am been requested to come for follow up interview after my spouse too has returned to Nigeria, when actually none of us overstayed the six months given to us at the point of entry? Please kindly advise. |
