you Better draw that your girlfriend to Nigeria and marry her.

then you file for immigrant visa (Actually she will do the filing) I.e. your ds 260.

then you get it and migrate

That is the only way

she could also apply for fiance K1 visa, and when you get it, you marry her in 90 days when you get there

Anything outside these two is sure to fail.

But option 1 is better

But it better be for real and you are not using the girl.

Because if the process blows halfway, you could be deported

Just so you know

Woo her, marry her, and fill a DS 260..

and leave that sinking country behind for the almajiri and agbero that full that $hithole cheesy grin

100 %

Immigrant visas through this route are RARELY if ever rejected

NONE of my friends or associates failed using this route

I'm not just interested myself, I'm doing okay in the country I'm based right now, but I know the process inside out, but not just interested

You have to convince that lady to marry you.
Going to registry and all.

That is the most important step.

then if you both can prove that you guys had an actual relationship, you are on smooth sailing.

Good luck in your attempt to leave a failing state

Re: Next Level Migration by sidath: 7:36am On Feb 28, 2019
Please make sure she's working over there in d US ,it is very importance but if she's not working then the chance of them giving you a visa is badly reduced. Good luck

ehen...

now you are making the proper moves tongue

let her apply to the embassy in Washington, or if she lives in NY, or environs, she can apply there too.

Make sure you take a lot of pics together

At different locations

it will help if she goes back without marrying you

so she file a K1 visa

good luck in exiting the HQ of poverty

If you still have questions

ask
