Truth be told if the constitution is not amended anytime soon, another civil war is then knocking whether we like it or not cos this generation is actually the reincarnation of the children that buhari massacred and those that died of hunger during the war.

This is not even about elections. Is about the future look what is happening now farmers are now struggling with herders for farm land, because of population increase. Too much unemployment etc.

Day by day it's increasing, if oil dries up in future what will Nigeria do? Make no mistake it will dry up maybe in the next generation.

Even the Yorubas you're referring to are concerned about Nigeria's future. As it stands now Buhari or Atiku they can't salvage Nigeria unless it is restructured in such a way it will discourage excess population growth.

We in the south should get this fact right that northern Nigeria do not have those population they are projecting. I am of the opinion that many of us know the factors that really leads to population growth. Now lets look at it, do any of those factors are in the favour of northern Nigeria?

Health care, urbanization, food production, of preservation, education, all are against northern Nigeria. What north has is just empty unusable barren land. Lets ask this question, why are they trooping to south in large number looking for survival. I had lived in zurmi lg and its not even up to oke-bola in ibadan where majority live. The rest is just empty barren lands. Zamfara has only teo most populated town which are Gusau and kaura namoda.

Why did you think tinubu set up more local govt in lagos because he knows kano do not has that population ascribed to it. The more we in the south realise that we have more population than north the better.

Stop deceiving yourself. Whats the population of your brothers and sister in Niger and chad republic. At least they never inflate their population unlike what we have in northern Nigeria. The constitution we operates has been so rigged that restructuring is impossible without a formidable southern coalition that can negotiable the basis of our coexistence that'll be based on justice, fairness to all regions.

Northerners will never allow a fair system that'll favour southerners cos present structure is to their advantage and with political power they've got the upper hand any day.

The earlier our youth sets aside party affiliations, tribal sentiments and understand the danger ahead the easier it will be for us to pressure southern leaders to set agenda for a new southern Nigeria cos the present can never usher in a better Nigeria.

Our religion forbids polygamy while that of core notherners who are predominantly Muslims encourage polygamy. Eg.. The fake Chief Justice of Nigeria who is an educated man has 32 children, then close your eyes and imagine how many children average non educated northerner has.

If Nigeria is not balkanised or restructured, Core Northern population might swallow us in decades to come.. You might not be there, but your children will be the ones that will bear the consequences.. (Even the so called restructuring has been buried and I don't think it would see the light of the day except by God's grace) The restructuring of this country still has K leg somehow because these intruders will still invade your lands and tell you that they are still citizens of the country.
