What does it say? any stage after this or it is just success mail to pick up offer letter?

It just says , "Congratulations, you just stepped into the next stage of the selection process ,More information to follow ". That's all that was contained in the mail.

From reading past threads, I'd like to assume the next phase will be some sort of group assessment.

I'm assuming business case scenarios as the program is focused on Entrepreneurship. It will be wise to prepare along those lines.

Anyone else got any ideas?

Are you serious I believe that stage should come before this one that passed. Is this the maiden edition of this STEP thing ? Or is this how their recruitment process goes generally? I have so many questions.

As far as I know, it's the maiden edition. 2017's entry level trainee programs were in 3: Graduate Management Trainee Programs (GMTP), Graduate Analyst Program (GAP) and GAAP (Graduate Audit and Accounting Program).

The GMTP one strikes me as most similar to this. However as it seemed to be of a more generalistic than the rest, the others mainly more ideally suited to accountants and maybe economists from my observations.

However, all had 4 stages. With the GMTP. The Exam Stage (which I infer was swapped for the initial video), The stage with HR (which I assume we just currently finished), The stage with Department Managers (Which I believe is next), The final stage being with the CEO/Board level members to test right fit.

All this is based off of past threads available on Nairaland.

At the end of the day best to keep an open mind. But I'd suggest checking it.

11:30pm. Got here to find out it had been changed to 1pm. This is past 3pm and we still haven't done anything except working on a case study as a group and making a PowerPoint presentation. That's about it so far. I'm sooo hungry right now
