Now I know , Nigeria as a whole , nah scam ..being populated by scammers including inec ch_rman

Yakubu, nothing do you

All of you shouting forgot the presidential election was NOT the only election conducted last Saturday! INEC also conducted elections into the Senate and HOR. Some of these elections were inconclusive! These are the elections supplementary elections were meant for! Any election whose result have been announced is concluded and only courts can do anything on those elections. Simple

I am SERIOUSLY disappointed with all the comments i have seen! So NONE of you know the Presidential election have been concluded and no supplementary election will therefore hold for the Presidential election? NONE of you know that there were variuos elections to Senate and House of Reps on same day and some of these elections were inconclusive and therefore require supplementary elections?

I am disappointed by the ignorance being exhibited on this thread!

Will the supplementary election also involve presidential? Or, it would only be for National Assemblies?

My thought too. The statement didn't specify whether it is presidential or NASS election.

In anycase, the whole process is not tidy.

When certificates have been given out. Why did i fall into this country. FG is a good scammer no wonder its youths are scammers too.

That's because before the presidential elections winner was declared, they had calculated the total number of voters in the cancelled polling units and they are not up to half of the difference between the winner and the loser.
This rescheduling is important so that nobody feels disenfranchised.

INEC will hold the supplementary elections on March 9, the same day as the earlier scheduled governorship and state Houses of Assembly elections.

Festus Okoye, INEC’s national commissioner for information and voter education, said the supplementary polls will be conducted in areas where the poll was cancelled last Saturday, alongside the governorship and state houses of assembly elections.

He said the decision was reached during the commission’s meeting with resident electoral commissioners (RECs) on Thursday in Abuja.

INEC had cancelled the presidential elections in some areas as a result of violence in River state as well as other parts of Lagos and Anambra states.
