Why is the US embassy in Nigeria not issuing B1/B2 visa to Nigerians in recent times no matter how important or urgent their reasons for travel are? Are Nigerians currently blacklisted?

B1/B2 VISA ALSO COVERS MEDICAL TOURISM. AS LONG AS OUR NATION'S HEALTH CARE SECTOR REMAINS IN SHAMBLE SUCH VISA WILL ALWAYS BE SOUGHT FOR.

It is up to Nigeria to reverse the course so that Americans run from the US to Nigeria every year.
How o do that?
1. Obliterate Boko Haram
2. Wage a more agressice war on corruption
3. Start or innovate on big infrastructure and transportation projects. .
4. Make medical schools free, to help more Nigerians become doctors
5. Fund health care with the monies from oil and other natural resources so that any Nigerian who goes to hospital does pay not more that $2 ( Two dollars ) even for surgery.
