Only 40% of Nigerians have bank accounts. That means 60% of Nigerians don't have bank accounts.

The US has a rate of 7.7% of citizens without bank accounts, and 16.7% are 'underbanked' by contrast.

If we could have a law mandating every Nigerian has a bank account , then it might be possible.
