Hyenas don't hunt for sports. They only hunt when they are hungry and they often strip their kills of large amount of flesh before leaving what is left behind. The creature doing these seems to be hunting for the fun of it as the kills are barely touched.

It is a mad dog that is doing this,exact same thing happen in our area years back.The dog usually attack people goats and rams at night.

Street lights and cameras should be installed in those strategic areas ASAP!
