What is this one yapping? The IGR is fake because it does not reflect in the state budget. IGR figures are supplied by the state govt while debt figures are supplied by the debt management office(DMO). Ugwuanyi is a dullllard no wonder he kept posting fake IGR figures that has never reflected in his peanut annual state budget. So can you see the difference now. I am not stressed but I feel it is right to set the records straight.

This is a tough one. As far as i know, a plot of land in my village (Amechi-Uwani) just on the fronge of Enugu town goes for around 5 to 6 million. Now getting a plt of land inside town, let alone in a gated estate inside the town will likely not go for 8 million. I think Spyder88 will have a better idea.

Anambra is by far more developed than Enugu state. Anambra has the best road networks at least in the SE. Onitsha, Awka all have beautiful roads and flyovers and bridges. Ugwuanyi should concentrate on developing Enugu and building roads and flyovers and beautification of the backward state.

Ugwuanyi should come for lesson classes in Anambra. The fat nsukka dunce cannot even maintain ordinary school not to talk of building infrastructures. Shame
