Nobody said there wouldn't be separation of powers or that the Executive will meddle in legislative affairs; this is a Senator party member saying they will co-operate with the Executive instead of the cat and mouse game that characterized the last senate, and in doing so has OFFERED that they will ALLOW the President choose who he'd be most comfortable with to allow smooth & effective governance.

If however you just don't like Buhari and are vexed at the easy ride he is getting then that is a different problem.

The last two lines don't apply because (1) it is impossible to end divisiveness with the amount of anti-north/PMB hatred coming from the east and (2) consequently their voting pattern makes PMB's resultant appointments to sensitive positions look nepotistic no matter what.

The time for Lagos own will come but l am sure Tinubu is smart enough to read the handwriting on the wall, before it gets to the Saraki level.
The situations are not the same so Tinubu still has some leverage but he needs to be watchful and know that time is not on his side.

It was Tinubu that turned Lagos youths into political thugs and Area boys collecting Owo'mida at every street junction and bus stop, Youths who dont go to school, learn a trade or any technical stuff. All they do is hang around and suck sachet alcohol for breakfast.

even this night when I was coming from Sapati in Ilorin,I saw a small boy whistling O to ge . Reminds me of last month when Sarako went to Offa to campaign and everybody was shooting Saraki Oloye just to collect his money,as he was leaving Offa,same people that collected money started shouting O to ge and started sweeping his foot path off the road with their brooms. trailers,taxis,motorists,motocyclists all horn o to ge. It got to a stage Saraki's money stopped working for him,people just collected his money and voted for APC,funniest thing is that some of those people even called on radio and thanked PDP for giving them 10k and bag of rice but vow to vote for APC. I saw Atunwa's convoy moving about twice last night and yesterday afternoon around Ganmo and Offa Garage all for campaigning but he won't just win the election

Elections have been won and lost all across Nigeria and normal people have moved on but petty Kwara people will not move on.

unfortunately this is not a revolution. I called this "kwara spring". It will reach level of revolution if, only if new administration, governor and state senators make drastic changes by building standard infrastructures: schools, Bridges, roads, rails, airport, healthcare coverage for all citizens regardless of medical conditions, reform task force and law enforcement. Restructuring pension and retirement funds and reducing poverty by 60%. Only then this can be considered revolution. Let's hope it reaches that level. Right now it is kwara spring where citizens swept away unpatriotic govt and replaced with something similar but not different.

In other to make a difference, new govt must accomplish or attempt to accomplish everything stated above. Otherwise it is not revolution.
