For all Turkey postgraduate applicant, the deadline for the submission of application has been extended till 24th Of Feb. Also, FSB has updated it on its website that all BEA applicants who chose Turkey should quickly apply before the deadline.

TPF is Tempus Public Foundation; a central body dedicated to admit students in Hungary through BEA.

...is the turkiye Bulsari scholarship different from the ones the FG will nominate for the Turkey scholarship(those that chose Turkey). Because the turkiye bulsari scholarship looks independent from the BEA

They will contact the successful applicants. For instance; those applicants that selected Hungary were contacted on the 1st/2nd of February that they have received their applications. They also said, by ending of March the applicants will be informed whether they are nominated by their sending partner (Nigeria).

I don't know about other applicants, but for now only applicants that chose Hungary were contacted other applicants will be contacted by the countries of their choice/BEA.

They work hand in hand. According to past Turkish applicants, they were later informed to apply for Turkiye Burslari after the BEA application.
