If they are the superior beings you claim they are, why only in the last 200 years did they develop? Why were they not advanced over the 49,800 years prior?

Where were they when Africans were inventing/discovering Writing, Mathematics, Medicine, Astrology, Laws, Religion, Mining, Architecture, the Arts, the Sciences, Trade, Seafaring, and Philosophy?
