So. if you use glo, you'll notice they deduct your credit randomly, this pushed me to recharge exactly the amount i need and use it immediately.

I recharged 350 and couldn't find it in my account, called customer care and they said any card with 50 naira on top automatically goes to the bonus account instead of main account.

like what? why? does this make any sense? since when?

who else has experienced this?

Lol. Ive experienced this shit sometime last year. I couldn't believe the explanation. I recharged 1050 abi 750 trying to subscribe to one of their data plans i came accross. Just added the 50naira so that change will be left on the sim after subscribing.

I no come see the credit. I call customer care they say any amount with 50naira on it goes to bonus. I wan collapse. How the fu.k does that make sense?

yes .... the wanted to give people recharging e top up the same benefit as those of triple recharge promo ....
but only if u top up. with 150, 250 ... I.e include 50 in ur recharge...
its can be used for both calling ... and browsing

the validity... 250 and above is from 2 weeks and above
