It depends on the size(s) of the plot(s) you wanna buy.
The building estimate with Carcass, plastering, painting and all will cost 45-50m.
But if all your interiors is to be imported and materials of a very high unsubdued quality then you will definitely spend more than that.
It all depends on your taste, we are just to execute it and make sure your dream home come thru.

a standard duplex built in an area around v.i, lekki with fencing & compound flooring, would cost between 36-44m, with a 3bedroom apartment inclusive budget an extra N7.5m.total should be N44- 52m.

in an area like agege ikeja, ogba, ikorodu. budget

in total N36m -40m
