A crash history does not indicate future crash. A lack of crash history means nothing in predicting future crashes. But to answer your question, I doubt BA has any crash history.

that was where he got it all wrong, it was revealed to him couple of times in the dream, that was where he would have prayed to give the devil metal agony instead of being afraid after Woking up or better still follow it up with a lot of prayers and tell a good man of God too about the dreams for more prayers.

This is not a premonition actually.

What happened was that the professor survived a horrible motor accident last year or thereabout. I think he even "died" in that accident for some hours.

He was probably referring to that accident.
