Please Help! I Need Your Candid Advice by Nobody: 3:43pm On Mar 11, 2019
Please, I have been working as a bulk teller at one of these top commercial banks as an outsourced staff. Recently my bank upgraded me to I.T Support Officer(still as outsourced with salary btw 50-60k) which my outsourcing company objected for quite 3 weeks now. Just this morning I got a call and I collected my appointment letter as SME Manager in one of the leading MFBs with a 6 figure salary. This same morning my outsourcing company agreed to upgrade me, I am kind of confused. My madam at the office asked me to stay to pursue my career in I.T field since that has been my dreams and she also told me she will try to make it permanent maybe in 1 to 2 yrs time. I don't know the best decision to take cos I don't wanna regret any thing tomorrow. Please NLers, I need your candid advice ooo. Matured mind please

my candid advice.. Take the SME job.. I have seen persons remain Contract staff in commercial banks for 10 years with the promise of.. We will upgrade you next year.. While in the mfb.. Keep your ears on ground and join the iT dept if opening avails itself..

Thanks Captainking . you've always been there for us here on NL. Just last year, you sent me a link to apply for AB Mfb, though, I didn't make it; I will once more say, I admire your courage. Thanks bro
