When I say PDP chieftains and supporters are too dumb and ignorant, it's no joke.
They don't know anything about the Electoral Act and INEC rules and guidelines under which they are contesting elections, they assume INEC is as emotional and irrational as they are.
Even basic arithmetic tells you that Inec can't declare a winner when cancelled votes are more than the margin of victory. But PDP people must wail about inconclusive declarations.
No wonder their tiny brains can only process looting of the treasury upon assuming office, not complex issues related to good governance.

In Kogi state a whole Dekina LGA the presidential/National assembly elections didn't hold because of violence, same also in Plateau state results from two wards with over#120000 eligible voters was not included in the presidential elections result announced for Plateau state. Same also goes to numerous states from north to south. Mind you this results were not included as canceled votes but INEC went ahead to announce the presidential elections result.
