People's Democratic Party, PDP, demand the release of Comrade Austin Okai, the spokesman of PDP campaign organization who was abducted in Kogi State.

Recall that Mr. Austin Usman okai, Atiku's Presidential Spokes Person Kogi state chapter was abducted by the men of Department of State Security Services, (DSS) on the eve of the presidential and national assembly elections.

The party through it National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, said:

Comrade Austin Okai, the spokesman of the PDP, Atiku/Peter Obi Campaign Organization In Kogi State, was abducted on Friday 22, February 2019, by men of the Department of State Security Services, (DSS).

Comrade Austin was outspoken and always telling truth to power, especially on the maladministration and high handedness of the Yahaya Bello administration in Kogi State.

We therefore call on the DSS to free Comrade Austin Okai now. If the DSS has anything against him, he should be arraigned in court immediately, otherwise, holding him without any allegation is unconstitutional and an invitation to anarchy.
