Happens because once the margin of votes is less than the cancelled votes, the election goes to a rerun in the cancelled votes' areas, otherwise called a supplementary election, makes the election in that case with the supplementary elections free and fair, just the over-militarization and the partisan nature of our security agencies, see the Osun State elections for example, has created doubts and suspicions in the electorates' minds.

very true sir, you are correct. if osun state rerun election was free and fair without over militarisation in the polling units, distinguished senator Ademola Adeleke will have been the governor of osun state.

there is always doubt in the mind of electorate most especially if party supported is on the losing side. Sincerity is so scarce in Nigeria, we do anything to get sympathy

Nah, actually the antecedents of the main parties involved especially the ruling party has created that deserved suspicion which is well founded in the minds of the electorate.
