See olodo. When there is competition, it brings about positive change. Instead of focusing on one party why not endorse another party so that there will be healthy competition. PDP as a party knows you have got no choice than to vote for them even when they under perform. Until you guys become wise politically before you experience progress.

If Atiku has won this presidential election, Buhari would have being making moves already to defect to PDP. Just take a look at the leadership of APC today and find out which party majority of them are in about 8 years ago !!!

Pot holes everywhere from gbagada to bariga, sattelite town, VI, Lekki. pls apart from lekki express way tell me where you have good roads in Lagos. The problem is that most people that talk about Lagos don't stay. I mean if thugs are clapping for tinubu I understand but not working class people who pay tax and get little or nothing. All the major bridges built in Lagos were done so by the military govt (3rd mainland, carter, Simpson etc) all the major sporting infrastructures were still built by FG (onikan stadium, teslim Balogun, surulere) pls tell me any major public facility that LASG has built since 1999 till date. See the beat governor of Lagos is Lateef Jakande. He was a real Yoruba leader.

Slowly, the tenure of Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode's government is winding down but he seems to be winding down in style and in a unique way by completing and commissioning some major works across the state.

The Lagos State Government did the handover of the newly constructed Bariga waterfront jetty. The jetty was surprised by the Ministry of Works, after its completion, they handed it over to Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA). LASWA will be in charge of the running, maintenance and day to day activities of the jetties, the ferries, boats, and the management. LASWA reports back to the state government in case of an emergency, funding or repairs.

According to the state government, The Ilaje Waterfront Jetty Terminal Project is another interesting project happening in Bariga that will catapult the community into the list of fast-growing suburb on the map of Lagos, Nigeria.

The construction of the jetty started in March 2018 and so far, it has been completed and ready for use.

Nor mind the yeye guy. Even though I am not a Lagosian or a yoruba. The truth must always be told. Like somebody else said earlier, "Lagos is a country inside a country". No other state in Nigeria can be described like that.
I personally respect Tinubu because of his vision and commitments in ensuring the good vision for the state continues even after leaving office for 12 years now. He formed a party, built the party and stayed put even as a minority. He never left the party like other vision less politicians do in Nigeria.........

Leadership is not successful unless there is a successful "succession plan". His Excellency, Sir Tinubu will forever be remembered for this. No other leader or politician has been able to achieve this in Nigeria. Only my former governor Chief James Onanefe Ibori would have been close. But his was just a case of god fatherism with no developmental plan for the state. The only plan is just to rule, cover previous govt loots, and continue the looting.....

Sir Lagos has always been progressing. It has a master plan. From 1999 up till now especially 2007 till date Lagos has been changing. All the flyovers, terminals etc newly built now did they just jump from heaven? The estates/island been built and those completed did they fly in from nowhere. The Eko Atlantic, Orange Island, Diamond Island, Gracefield Island etc projects going on are they not part of what makes everyone to see that Lagos is progressing. The beautification/eradication of nuisance in Lagos accompanied with restoration of sanity during Fashola time... what about that? The Lekki-Ikoyi Cable Bridge... how about that? The Lekki Phase 1 development and upcoming phase 2 and other projects.... what about that? Lekki International Airport and so many ones ongoing.... so the military built or initiated them? Sir you can't come here to discredit the works of these Governors in name of elevating what was done during military era. Lagos has always been on the path of progress and year in year out the State/City will continue to develop. Currently now Lagos GDP is over $100 billion which is greater than the GDP of West Africa Countries put together. I know quite alright that Lagos could have been more developed than this because we know there cannot but be some unfaithfulness and corruption among the leaders and in the system. But the fact remains that every Governor has always tried his best to make Lagos great while following the master plan. Was it the military that convinced Dangote to build Refinery in Lagos? Were it not for the persuasion of pple like Tinubu and the then Gov. Fashola and giving him a place in Lagos do you think it would have been easy to bring such investment to Lagos?
Lets try and understand what is on ground before we start criticising. Its even better to correct than to criticize.
