Successful candidates (GT and EH) will become permanent staffs and are pensionable.

STEPS

1.Ensure you read the conditions in terms of age,field, class of degree,graduate trainee and experience hires
2.. Download any image resize app from Android play store
3. Use your Android camera to snap all required docs.
4..Use the image resize app( I used Q reduced lite) to convert all docs you snapped including your photo to 195kb
5..fill all template carefully and upload where necessary...wen uploading,go to downloads,images,u will see various image folders including w reduced lite, click it to see your resized doc or photo and upload
6.. confirm your data on summary page
7.. tick declaration box and confirmation box
8..You will be warned that you can't edit after submitting,I advise you still go back and check,make sure you have correctly applied for either GT or EH...

Biko, the 28 years in more than enough for graduate trainee or do you want to be 40 or even 50 years and be applying for graduate trainee. smh....

I was 30yrs old as at 31st Dec 2018 with 2012 B.Eng (2:2), 2013 NYSC, 2016 Msc and 2yrs non Oil & Gas experience.

Should I go for GT and use my date of birth like that with 2014 as NYSC and Bachelors graduation dates since there's no option to select actual ones

OR

Apply for EH as a Senior Officer with a deficit of 4yrs experience?

Which is better pls? I just want to try my luck

Senior officer is better. Use your University experience too to make it equal to the requirements

This passport issue done tire person. Even with 600 by 600 pixel, it's not accepting it. Even with below 200kb size. Even with white background passport. Even with full head and shoulders appearing.

For passport upload, copy your photo and paste into Microsoft Word, use the format button to set the height and width of the picture to a square 5cm by 5cm, remember to uncheck "lock aspect ratio". Right on the image and "save as a picture". Bingo the picture I uploaded with this method worked.

No big deal. Just copy the newly adjusted photo, then wake up at midnight or early in the morning and restart the process again carefully. By then the traffic will be very less. Even if it still didn't work, just don't give up still try at later intervals. It will last for up to 6weeks I think. There is still much time to succeed. The traffic will be quite high this period as it just opened.
