My experience in 2012 when pirate hijacked our vessel. It nearly gave me high blood pressure because I have to hid with some engine room crew inside our engine room down below in the bilge hold. They came for petroleum product which we never had as our cargo. They even requested for our bunker but not much for them less than 40 tonnes. It was the longest 8hours of my life in danger but seemed like 3 days. Collected the other remaining crew items,searched/ransacked everyone's cabin,collected good phones,our jewelries but they never beat anybody. Our captain cooperated with them and the remaining crew were forced to sit on the deck. The shock was with me for more than one month. Those bastards !!!
