No need for that. That site is really crazy. After trying over a hundred time to apply for my bro yestda, just in my first attempt today it accepted the same passport pics that was rejected many times previously.

Please those that passed out yesterday (NYSC), and are done with their registration, please what month did you fill when doing your registration (March or April)..

Bcoz the certificate bears April 18th
And we passed out March 14th

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT

1. After scanning or snapping the passport, open it with your computer.

2. Open Snipping Tool software (all windows computer have it, so just search the name on the search bar)

3. Drag the + symbol, that appear, to your passport to draw the size you want for the passport and it will open in the Snipping Tool software (Note: You should ensure your head and shoulder are included)

4. Click on File

5. Select 'Save As'

6. Type the name you want

7. Click on Save

Now you can upload the passport successfully.

If you are having issues with passport upload, pay attention to this.

Using an image of 600x600px on a white or off white background which is 200kb or less isn't enough!

Pls and pls, ensure that your face is adequately zoomed in on the picture. The top of your head should be close to the upper edge while your chin shouln't be far away from the bottom edge. The system doesn't accept most pics because the 70% face covering requirement isn't met

I used the 'Crop' feature in Paint 3D on PC. I began by cropping my face very well. I was on Suit and you can neither see the topmost button of my shirt nor the colour of my tie! Just part of the collar only. I then resized the cropped image to 600x600pixels. Shikena! The system quickly accepted mine. If your whole neck and part of your shirt shows, yours may not work.
