For once i think Owelle thought out this one as a strategy to BOX-IN the incoming Governor.
If the image is what i think it is (Buhari), the incoming governor will not want to draw the ire of the president or the Northern community by "allowing" it to be brought down meaning that he will guard it and there is no way other statures will be brought down leaving only this one standing meaning that all must remain and the next Governor will be mocked.

Solution -
(1) Don't allow this current molding to be completed before the next governor comes - reduce it to smithereens.
(2) If foolishness happens and the new Governor is inaugurated with it standing, the house of assembly passing a resolution to bring everything down will be the way out since you cant pin it down on one person, however, there might be an Abuja clap back down the road.



The incoming Governor should be wary of further banana peels before Inauguration. That state has suffered in no small way..
