You see your stupidity.You searched for Ghana literacy rate as of 2018 and it gave you a 2015 rate of 76% and an annual growth of 15%.That should tell you by 2018,three years after our literacy rate should surpass 90%.And mind you Nigeria has 59% literacy rate.Use official and recognize source not a useless picture with no source and even if it's 62% according to the useless diagram,can it be compared to 76%.And you can't deny that 13 million nigerian children are out of school which is the world's largest aside you being the world poverty headquarters.Do you know the meaning of Boko Haram.It means Western Education is a taboo and bad omen and your leaders finance these terror groups.Sad.
