One of the major problem with government is lack of maintenance culture , I don't understand what is the work of ministry of work , not to have noticed till it get to this stage . God forbid if any thing happened now the will setup one useless committee to look into the cause and how to prevent future occurrence . Lagos is the largest slum in the world, or was that the most populated? In a place full of people it is easy to write off a problem as the next man's.
