Agents of each party at any level is given a copy of the result signed by other party agents and returning officer. The agents report to a central point called situation room for the party. They even keep personal copies if they like.

you obviously not in rivers.....in the presidential election obio/akpor had 68k votes for pdp....now for just a constituency in obio/akpor the pdp elected hoa member had 85k....was declared winner with over 85k...and that's the smallest constituency in among the 2 we have in the lga...the other was over 150k votes......if you smart enough you will know the presidential wasn't our play....check delta...akwa ibom.....cross rivers compare the presidential results to the gubernatorial results........it's all about interest.,something kids don't understand tho
