Just apply as long as you got 2.1

Well after uploading all required docs and filling all fields, my status was still showing "Pending..." No submit button.

I guess they're fixing that bug. Shame all the same.

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT

1. After scanning or snapping the passport, open it with your computer.

2. Open Snipping Tool software (all windows computer have it, so just search the name on the search bar)

3. Drag the + symbol, that appear, to your passport to draw the size you want for the passport and it will open in the Snipping Tool software (Note: You should ensure your head and shoulder are included)

4. Click on File

5. Select 'Save As'

6. Type the name you want

7. Click on Save

Now you can upload the passport successfully.

You need to play fastest fingers...try reloading the page and try selecting another option on the left panel like photo upload or additional information....keep reloading until you are able to select one of those options before that loading icon appears...like I said fastest fingers

I was trying to upload my Masters degree cert, it was taking ages. Decided to try in another tab and it is now bringing up someone else's name on my profile and a graduate trainee application too, whereas I'm applying for an experienced position.

It keeps saying Welcome Yusuf Bolaji (and that's not my name), but brings out my info on the update page.

Anyone experiencing this? Please help a sister.

Kindly log out and login again. That is the solution.

Also, kindly make any document you want to upload to be in JPG format and not more than 200kb ,then you will be fine. If it didn't work after following the procedure I mentioned, that means there is too much traffic on the website. Just relax and try again by 1:00am.

Reduce the size to be below 200kb

When you get to that upload stage,it takes time,mine took me like two days o(started the registration on Wednesday morning,it got stuck at that state,I waited till midnight tried it out severally no way
I started the next day again
When it got to around 4pm it started uploading...
What you need to do is log out and log in after few mins
If you are still stuck in there,just keep refreshing your browser it will upload
