I finished NYSC service last year and tried job hunting, after wasting three months, the job still wasn't coming despite numerous interviews. I just pack my certificates throw inside bag, and I've been doing business apprenticeship since then. Even with all the millions wey dey my account I'm still serving someone as "boy boy" and I don't get paid.
So far I've been able to learn a lot about business and if I apply the skills that I've gained over the years, I'm 100% sure it would work out. I'll be starting my own business before the month ends.
Bro am thinking towards that too...times are hard

My brother, it's all about luck and destiny. let me tell you this little story of mine. I graduated and finished my NYSC in April last year. So after finishing my Service I decided to remain in Kano and because of my hard work I asked them to retain me and they did. Long story short, I remained in Kano for about seven months after service.
I went through Hell while teaching in that school, I have to conduct home lesson to support my main school teaching.
As God will have it, one faithful even as I was about going from home lessons, I just received a Call from my Uncle who stays in Abuja that I should come n collect my Appointment letter.
The Lucky side of the story is that my Uncle has a daughter who is also a graduate.
He submitted both of our names.. so when the appointment later came out he thought it was her daughter they gave the slot to until they went to the Agency that was when they discovered I was picked. Then he called me up

Hehe... Wake da fvck up. Talk and do, talk and sleep or do and die. If you ain't lucky you're fvcked. Life isn't all mathematics. But, a little hope there, a little faith here, a little luck there... That's how it is.
All these motivational speakers that will tell you to "go out there and get it" as if their fada keep am for somewhere make you go carry.

Work as hard as you can in life, hope for the best, expect the worse. You won't be surprised. Nothing is guaranteed. You can work extremely hard and die wretched, it's life.
The Nigerian mentality is that, when you have no job or ain't doing good, you are termed as lazy and not doing anything about it or lying down and waiting for miracles.
People just sit in front of their phones and type n0nsense without knowing what people are going through. I no blame dem sha. Na me carry myself come Nairaland cheesy

Dude, find somewhere sitdown. You haven't done any research and you don't know sh!t. I'm not telling people to be lazy but, there are like billions of kinds of graduates. No 2 people are the same in this world.

Peace

Thank you. The Op is an A** hole.

The question is did his family create any company that will employ you after service?

He thought is just by talking and typing rubbish on keyboard.

What is obvious to one, may be obscure to another.

Life is a misery.

"Life isn't Arithmetic, where 2+2=4"

Everyone has their destined time to succeed.

Time..Time..Time

You can have the whole skill and best of results yet still struggling to earn a living.

Just do what makes you happy.

Finally,we all gonna die someday leaving all of it behind someday.

God's mercy graduate...

All the jobs I have got and the ones I will yet to have are from God and him alone, not by my strength or by my wits! People should learn not to exempt God factor in anything they do because at any point, any evil thing can happen and your skill won't save you, but his mercy.

I am " talk and do graduate". It is not always easy to be in that category considering so many factors.
What most graduates need is just a push to be in that category. You cannot blame them.

Do you need an expert tutor to help your kids with homework, or to increase their scores in any subject. Do not look further, just look below

If you have interest in business, don't waste any more time bro. There's this aboki guy that owns a small shop close to our own shop, what he does is to buy dead monitors and scrap metals from computer repairers. He looks like every regular aboki but this guy drives a Toyota Camry to his small shop everyday. You won't even believe the kind of money he makes everyday.

What is Africa sex tour

Grupo:
I studied a course that if I needed a job, I would have to relocate to Lagos. Even though I have never been to Lagos, I don't seem to like the place based on stories I have heard about how stressful life is in Lagos.

What I did instead was to create my own job. Today, I live in a saner small town with an income that is like what people living in Lagos earn. Everyday, I try to find new means of earning income. Recently, I have been playing with the idea of creating a totally passive means of income. Things are beginning to fall in place.

Soon enough, I hope to start earning up to $1k in passive income. Once that happens, I would start my African sex tour. A dream I have been nursing for so long.

I don't know the type of survey you did to arrive at this kind of result. But like someone said we have different types of graduate and grouping them into 3 or 4 is totally unfair.

Sometimes, things are just beyond our power.
I was a "God will do it" graduate, but while coming to the end of NYSC, I stumbled on something that turned me to "Talk & do" graduate. That has changed my life forever.

Don mind all this dummy called motivational speakers. Many never see anything, dem don't even believe the stats yet they call themselves educated. They don't know why they say we have the highest unemployment rates. You have teachers begging for 30k as minimum wages sometimes the fustration of underemployment will make you quit everything. I don't use to go to church, but Nigeria turn my eye sote, I start to go church.

My guy leave matter, no be everyone that are not doing well never try some just Don tire. Not having the right help.
