A young man who visited his wife's place to bury his father in law has been killed by Uniform men in Rivers State.

Groovenaija360 gathered that Mr. Umashi Nathan Akpaka from Okogbe community who went to bury his father-in-law was shot dead alongside Ideh Kevin from Ukpeliede community who just secured admission into Federal into a higher institution (Federal Polytechnique Nekedi to be precise) to continue his studies, all in Ahoada West Local Government Of Rivers State.

Source revealed to us that, the incident occurred while they were chilling under a canopy drinking at the burial ground when gunmen in the army uniform (suspected to be military officials) stormed the venue in 5 vans).

Their scary actions triggered some boys who started running and the soldiers began shooting which claimed the lives of those men.

Mr. Umashi Nathan Akpaka has been laid to rest, may his soul rest in peace.

It's a shame on Rivers to record high rate of killings in 1week

Kaduna, zamfara, kastina, Adamawa nko. There is no problem in Rivers. Its just amaechi that is disturbing the state. He is the one causing the deaths. He wants to reign where he is not popular.
