U think that being a cbn governor means u can open the vault and move cash?? Or that being a president means u can order for billions to be brought in cash?? U don't know how govt works... D money they loot is from IGR. or FIRS. Thats why tinubu will always be stupendously rich bcoz IGR is at the discretion of the executive and no appropriation is required.

Why do I have this feeling that the incoming governor elect Emeka Ihedioha will ruin IMO State?!

The fact is that Okorocha worked beyond Imo State financial muscle and it will take an insider to continue with his pace of infrastructural developments and free education up to University and polytechnic. One of the reasons Okorocha succeeded is because he owes no godfather but Ihedioha is coming from a congregation of godfathers that cut across States who must have a say in governance. He will not be able to sustain the free education policy and that will make the State very difficult for him to govern because Imolites have enjoyed 8 uninterrupted years of free education with free books, computers, school uniforms, desks and bags coupled with hundreds of brand new school buildings replacing the demolished dilapidated ones. Okorocha also ran a tax free government and based on pressure from godfathers Ihedioha will introduce tax which will also put him at loggerheads with Imolites.
