so an election been declared inconclusive, is it for good or bad, instead of allowing over bloated figures find their way into the ballot box, inec stands for equity and cancels the units before calling for a rerun to allow fairness, you should be applauding them, since yakubu took over how many elections has been upturned in the courts unlike past elections, that should be the yardstick not if some sorry losers decide to challenge it in the courts.
