My Supplier can deliver between 5,000 MT - 10,000 MT of Automotive Gas Oil (A.G.O) to your client's tank farm in Lagos at N186/Ltr and with the below procedure:


1. Buyer issues Letter of Intent and Seller issues Offer Letter. Buyer issues acceptance letter
2. Seller and Buyer signs Sales and Purchase agreement
3. Buyer gives valid throughput agreement with NOR/ETA Format
4. Seller’s Bank Pre-advise Buyer Bank, seller willingness to place 2%
performance Bond upon receipt of Buyer’s bank Guarantee for the total
value of Cargo of 10,000 MT
5. Buyer’s Bank issues Bank Guarantee for the total value of cargo in
favor of Seller
6. Seller confirms Bank Guarantee, post 2% PB to Buyer’s Bank in favor
of Buyer; provide copies of Cargo document and issues NOR/ETA to
Buyer’s tank farm copying Buyer’s Bank
7. Buyer’s Tank farm manager acknowledge receipt of NOR/ETA, Seller
upon receipt of tank farm acknowledgment, move vessel to buyer tank
farm for Q&Q determination.
8. Upon successful Q&Q seller instruct his vessel captain to discharge
product into buyer’s tank
9. Payment is effected
