I'm not satisfied with this punishment, why not sentence them to at least 30years imprisonment; every morning they will come out to sweep streets and high ways, pick littered bottles, packing refuse, et al with tags or printed shirt written "SEX OFFENDER" and there should be a government website with photos and detail information of sex offender in Nigeria |

Not the solution.rape,sexual harrasment and other related offences are works of evil spirits manifesting in the offenders.pasting pics doesnt stop the act.binding the spirits and casting it out of perpetrators stops the act in the person only.mind u a victim can later become a perpetrator.it is a cycle and it never ends in the area. |

Sex offenders will simply leave the state and prey on the vulnerable in other states. It must be Nationwide to have effect. Also the alleged offense should be expressly stated. Most people think that a sex offenders is someone that sleeps with 7year old. In the US for instance, if you're 19yrs and you sleep with a 17 year old which is below the legal sex age of 18yrs, you can be sent to prison and put on the sex offenders list. It's that stupid. And it does happen. Two sex offenders were murdered when they moved into a new neighbourhood. It turned out their crime was similar to the picture I painted above. It was too late as they were dead. If their offences were posted as well, the public would have acted with restraint. |
