Hmmmmmmm, I don't understand, the two prayers appear to be conflicting to me.
Declare Atiku winner
Set the election aside
If the election is set aside, then Atiku Can't be declared as the winner, maybe someone can explain better or the report is poorly written.
No,the Report Wasn't Poorly Written, neither Was It Contradicting.
Enoidem Said They Want There Candidate In The Person Of Alhaji Atiku Abubarka To Be Declared The Winner Of The Election.

He Then Said "in The Alternative, the Election Should Be Set Aside Based On Irregularities..."

NOTE : "IN THE ALTERNATIVE"

So Those Two Were Just Alternatives. That Is They Want The Tribunal To Declare Atiku Winner Or Cancel The Election.

Thanks.

The reason we are where we are is majorly because the masses will support the leaders' anyhowness.Even help with excuses. We don't owe any politician any loyalty.Especially if they are not paying us to defend them.We should criticize ALL of them.

Your Atiku is a failure just like you. He can never be president of Nigeria, but he is more than welcome to vie for the Biafran presidency running against the coward Aba albino Nnamdi Kanu.

It Looks Impossible To Upturn The Result And Declaration To Many Due To Two Important Facts Which Are :

*such Is An Unprecedented Event In The History Of Nigeria History.
*the Sacking Of The Former Cjn And The Appointment Of The New Cjn.

But I Still Believe Nothing Is Impossible With God.
POWER TO THE PEOPLE

CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT THING IN THE WORLD.
THIS COULD TRIGGER AND SPEARHEAD AN UNPRECEDENTED CHANGE IN NIGERIA POLITICS.

(1). “We asked that our candidate, who won the election massively across the country, be declared the winner of that election.

(2). “In the alternative, we also asked that the election be set aside on the grounds of irregularities, which were very apparent across the country.

So did he win (1) or is the election marred by irregularities (2) thereby contradicting (1) ?

The election results can not stand.
With just 400 witnesses for the whole federation right?
You know nothing about Nigeria judicial system.
If you think lawyers are there to win the case for Atiku, you better wake up from deep slumber.

Bubu stole shagari mandate in 1983 and in 2019 he stole atiku's mandate.
Surprisingly, bubu is still claiming that shagari mandate he stole was his rightful mandate and ibb wrongly denied him his mandate.
People like bubu should be locked up in prison for life and the key thrown away into the deep blue sea.

It's purely a contradictory statement.
The law is clearly stated as to how elections are held and what happens in the place of whatever form of irregularities.
Well lets see how the real case at the tribunal is filed and how it all plays out.

I look forward to hearing "those strong holds" Atiku/PDP claims?
This case is a no brainer.

Guy,the Two Alternatives Constitutionaly Available To Them Is What They Are Try To Utilise.
Its Either The Election Is Canceled Or The Complainant Is Declared The Winner.

Infact, those Two Options Are The Most Naturally, not Only Constitution Viable Or Feasible Option.

Thanks.
