You are getting it wrong.no court is stopping inec from conducting polls,it is even encouraging inec to conduct polls.inec schedule rerun in bauchi this Saturday but cancelled it illegally and wants to use the illegal results it originally rejected.therefore,the court is saying that inec must go back to its earlier decision which is the right one legally

The results were not illegal,it was duly signed and acknowleged by the party agents,and the lga collation officer. The rec was wrong.Do you know more than Inec?

Don't mind the party with their jokes. Only the election tribunal can stop INEC to collate results or do otherwise following the conclusion of an election. Conventional court
only has power over preelection matters. Let's watch how it goes.

What is the governor and the APC afraid of? A winner has not been declared in the said election . The INEC said the process was deemed inconclusive in error, with cogent facts. So the collation process is deemed to be on.
Judges would collect their money and do something to earn such bribes, knowing the truth. Election matters are strictly addressed by election petition tribunal, the reason Sen. Akpabio obtained an injunction against recognition of his opponent as senator-elect and later withdrew it on advice by his lawyers that the the matter should be taken to the tribunal.
INEC, cannot honour this order, except under undue influence from the president himself.

Inec abused the law which states that once a return is made,it cant be reversed except by a court.sen akpabio case was different,elections were concluded so tribunal was the only port.but election process is still ongoing now plus the law inec abused can be treated outside the tribunal
