Here are gruesome pictures of the causalities recorded after stepping on landmines reportedly planted by Boko Haram terrorists in Gwoza local government area of Borno State.

According to reports and a trending video posted online, the troops drove over the land mines around Warabe village barely fifteen kilometers away from Gwoza local government headquarters.

The vehicle, part of a convoy under military escort, veered off the road in an attempt to overtake another vehicle when it hit the device.

Military and civilian militia sources blamed Boko Haram jihadists for planting the mine, underlying the persistent threat to civilians in the remote region.

Their top generals are busy meddling in politics, so I'm not surprised that this is happening.
The main problem our military has is lack of proper intelligence and air support. Boko Haram can't be defeated until those two things are in place. Most of these place they're parading should be done with military jets and helicopters. Air is the only advantage they have over these boko boys.

But then, if it's the same Nigerian Army that used to sell scratch cards for recruitment, I'm not surprised Imagine an army that makes money from recruiting people who are going to sacrifice their lives. Well that stopped when Buhari came in sha, so I guess it was under Jonathan and Ihejirika that such acts took place.

A part of me didn't feel nothing looking at those pictures mostly because same group of people are used to inflict pain on innocent civilians. I still remember the Shiite massacre video where they killed without hesitation.

Whilst these politicians still make money off this Boko Haram scheme and won't be putting an end to it any time soon, we can best pray that God keep protecting these pawns they send out there to risk their lives.

Very unfortunate death, and the useless top military brass are in Abuja eating nkwobi and drinking Stout, if you are from the southern part of Nigeria and you are still in the military or been sent to fight bokoharam haram, I pity you, dump the useless uniform and flee to a nearby country and start living your life, Nigeria is not worth dying for, bokoharam has been commercialized by the government for enriching there pockets
