This is really bad.
Pimples can be cured by various ways though.
I'm a lover of natural methods, but for yours which is a little bit severe, I would recommend pure skin set.

Its a 3 in 1 set containing a cleanser, a toner and a mattifying lotion which helps in reducing oil production.

I haven't personally used it, but I have seen people with stubborn pimples that used it and it cleared them in less than 2 weeks or so.
