Russia interview? Lol what interview. Once you are called you'll do screening, fill some forms and get some documents, medical certificate. Who are the people they picked? That's the question.

Short-listing for Russia and Hungary has ended. Other countries quota system is not out yet. That I can tell you authoritatively. For the record, top ranking civil servants have their slots. So, it is always tighter for merit candidates.
