iammo:Bros pls don't explain again. It only when u are in GAINFULLY EMPLOYED that things will be clear to you. Example is if ur BASIC is 350,000.are u collecting d national minimum wage? And if there is a upward review of it, are not entitled to it. Now d question is how do they determine that? Is it not by negotiating with you through ur union most of the time. |

uchwar1:Stop mistaking the minimum wage act And CONPSS consolidated public service salary structure together the minimum wage was sorted but upward or downward review of salary wwould just be negotiated Here is a vanguard link to ascertain that: https://googleweblight.com/i?u=https://www.vanguardngr.com/2019/01/salaries-of-workers-above-new-minimum-wagell-be-renegotiated-buhari/&grqid=BpH_Am_5&s=1&hl=en-NG&geid=1062&grqid=BpH_Am_5&geid=1062 riches4me:.... miketayo: |

iammo:Agree with your summation, but will they also negotiate with those ghost workers who cll themselves NASS members negotiate or review their 13m per month. They want to negotiate with someone who will probably earn 450k a month from his 300k a month because he lredy earns above minimum wage according to them but ignore those earning 13m monthly. |
