Oyetola remains the governor of Osun State and he would be in office for four good years. The kangaroo judgement that was delivered today cannot stand. The minority judgement delivered by the tribunal chairman upheld the election and disagreed with the majority ruling. I’m very confident that the court of appeal will upturn the judgement.

APC will most likely file an appeal by Monday and they may be heard. They will file for an exparte order along praying or asking the court to stay the execution of that judgment pending the outcome of the appeal and status quo should be maintained, meaning that the APC governor will still be in power till whatever the court of Appeal decides.
Today is not a good day for APC as it's Friday and they can't run to court till Monday.

Since the appeal court can't open till Monday, is it possible for Adeleke to be sworn in tomorrow?

I support Apc but Adeleke won that election. It was clear to all. All blame shld be channel to Rauf Aregbesola he successfully messed up that state with his bad load of unpaid salaries and allowances claiming there's no money bus has more money to kill seven(7)fat cows for his mother burial. Can you hear yourself, so what happens to Saturday and Sunday before Monday? How will he remain Governor since he's not recognized by law as the Governor of the state? Status quo can only be maintained after appeal has filed. But as of now since no appeal filed and no stay of execution order yet, Adeleke is the Governor elect.

Only in Nigeria do we find people that are not ready to serve the people but want to perpetuate themselves in power. If Aregbe had served his people well I don't think his party would have been roundly rejected still they want to force themselves upon the people na waoo.
