The Kano State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Rabiu Suleiman Bichi has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to cancel the ongoing supplementary elections with immediate effect.

Bichi said this to Newsmen after it was revealed that hoodlums are chasing voters away, and preventing them from cast their votes in some polling units.
