I keep remembering God he created me completely and my womb must hear His words and I will testify. It was God who did it.

So sorry to hear about what you are going through. My dear take solace in the Lord and count your blessings.first of all you need surgery to take out the fibroid, one month after the surgery, go for flushing of the tube, believe me, you will rejoice soon,. Take heart dear, I shear your pains.

Mama please take it easy, God will see us through. When I got my result, I cried and was down for days but I had to get myself together and then started researching on what to do. So please don't loose hope, try and start from somewhere, you will testify soon.

Wipe your tears sis, now u know the problem(problem known is half solved) , better than when u were just trying blindly, people have been dia and the conquered, if the fibroid is big enough to disturb conception, remove it, for the block tubes, there are many ways to tackle dat, from herbals, flushing etc, just give urself time(m in dis too)... A sister here use a bottle of serrapeptase for just two weeks and her next hsg showed her left tube is free, this is someone who was diagnosed of hydrosalpinx late last year, so don't be discouraged, dia is no problem without solution

wipe your tears dear...God is in control ....is possible the fibroid is blocking the tubes ...from the tvs...was the fibroid distorting your uterus ? ...was it submucosal or large intramural? ...cos most times these two blocks the passage of sperm to the tubes ..and the dye can't spill....I think you should remove the fibroid if your gynecologist says you should...then go for flushing...sometimes fibroid serves as a mechanical barrier during flushing

Miscarriage, in ability to conceive, etc can be caused by lot of things, e.g PID, cyst, endometritis, fibroid, Hormonal imbalance etc. Go for pelvic scan and share the result, you'll get proper medical advice and prescription 08101673431

I'll assume that by TCS you mean salpingostomy. I'll answer based on that.

In medicine, there's what we call risk:benefit ratio. No doctor will opt for salpingostomy in this case because:

1. It will put the patient at a high risk of ectopic pregnancy.

2. It is common for scar tissue to regrow after a salpingostomy, reblocking the tube. And in hydrosalpinx, there's high probability that the fluid will build up once more.

So what exactly has been gained if either of the two happens?

You have only wasted money, time and effort of the patient. You have also exposed the patient to more risks which could be fatal in case of ectopic.

And that makes you a very bad doctor.

Because if you ever passed through medical school, you'd understand certain basics of pharmacoeconomics (where you opt for the cheaper yet beneficial management plan for the patient based on socioeconomic status) and also deontology aka medical ethics where you're taught Primum non nocere i.e "First, do no harm."

Stop relying on Google to feed your imposter self. It will confuse you and make you look silly at the end.

Remember, if google could make one a doctor then there would be no need for medical training.
