I don’t think by all standards, the elections here in Kano can hold water. It is unacceptable and I don’t think INEC can go ahead to count because there is nothing to count.”

You are very correct. For me this INEC has been fair enough. Both the INEC and Judiciary have not worked to favour APC like it used to be the case before especially during OBJ regime of outright disregard for credibility and due process. 
Musa Yar'adua started the good works of making INEC and Judiciary truly independent

PDP are not smart. After watching what happened in the presidential and other states elections, I thought they should have armed themselves to resist any form of rigging and intimidation by APc.

PDP lack strategies to winning an election. Their Chairman is too dull and lacks idea. The ultimate goal in any election is win by any means - whether through rigging, vote buying, etc. They sit and watch APC win.
