Banmeallday:

This is the legacy of the fall of the Eastern region- Pyschologically homeless people with Igbo names. For Fulani, whether herdsmen or governor, there is no difference between “Anambra” or “Enugu” created both by AREWA leaders to divide and exploit the once strong Ndigbo, and it is working....

No federal presence or world class structures in the East, but the above “child” is celebrating a road that you find in the rural parts of France or Seattle that does not call for boasting or celebration.

Igbo bu Igbo they say....

The boy is not an Igbo man.
He's from Igala speaking minority of Anambra State.
He just goes about creating countless accounts just to cause disunity among Ndigbo.
Given that they share a boundary with Anambra State and live among Ndi Anambra, a lot of them bear Igbo names. This explains why he answers Chukwunonso but God is miles far away from him and his household.

Chino may be troublesome and full of propaganda, but he is right about Ugwuanyi. Unarguably, he's the worst-performing Enugu governor since 1999.

I feel bad each time I visit Enugu and see that some of the facilities that Sullivan installed aren't maintained.

Well, I think either of these two reasons made Ugwuanyi win a second tenure: Enugu has no opposition OR Enugu people just wish to compensate ndi Nsukka to kill the agitation for Adada State.

I understand but that's no reason for such consistently obnoxious behavior. Whenever you see wrong don't tolerate it in any way or it will become further emboldened. That's the main reason why that character is emboldened to run amok all over Igbo threads. He knows there are people who are always ready to let him have a field day.

This is one of the six lane roads just completed by Obiano in Awka, no part of entire Enugu state has this class of road. We don't make noise in Anambra. cheesy

These guys were hasty in making this decision.
From the look of things, I don't think Nigeria is ready for independence. Look how the colonial masters transformed South Africa.

True dat!

It's just the greedy leaders we had during independence who wanted to take over the privileges and material benefits from the white man that they had been watching and envying for decades! Some were genuinely able and had the burning desire to manage the affairs of the newly emergent nation, but they were overwhelmed and outnumbered by the greedy, tribalistic and visionless ones. Not to mention the fact that Nigeria was starting the journey of independence with a huge handicap of schisms, antagonisms and mistrust between its component units.

Personally, i wish the British had stayed to at least the 80s, to help save us from ourselves.....or alternatively, broken up Nigeria so we could all go our separate ways on 1st oct' 1960.
