Our client in the downstream energy sector urgently requires the services of Office Administrators for their Car Clinics.
Job role: VCC Office Administrator
Location: Lagos and Abuja
Responsibilities not limited to;
• Receiving calls for service appointments/enquiries from customers
• Receiving customers
• Documenting customer’s complaints
• Ensuring that walk-around/ customer vehicle inventory check is done with the customer
• Introducing courtesy materials into customer’s vehicles
• Reaching out to supervisors for scanning and explanation whenever necessary
• Inputting customers/vehicle data on the system
• Ensuring repair orders are signed/approved by the customer.
• Managing holding stock and parts request
Required Skills: The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and also know how to use electronic gadgets (Computer and Tablet)
