What business can a person do to by wealthy within 5 years? I've 10 million to start up any business.

In the next 5 years, I want to be worth at least 100 million naira.

Baba it's not small. He may lease the hotel and start from there. A standard 2star hotel can be leased between 2m to 5m per annum depending on the location. And you will run both full lodge and short rest. In properly manage this is a goldmine biz

Divide it into two. Use 5 to tie down Real Estate in relevant developing places. Use the remainder to experiment in business.

Some Fruits,tomatoes business etc are fast moving although easily perishable goods. Orange trucks for example get cleared in minutes by market women in Lagos. Same as tomatoes here in the west. Problems are unreliable drivers & vehicles especially if you rented them. Ideas plenty,just look around, find a mentor & start.

The 5million will be enough. If he spent 3m to lease an already existing hotel. He can't spend more than 2m to put other things in place.
