I hope so.

this is what our local coaches don't do, they don't take friendlies serious, thereby loosing or playing draws with useless teams. that is why we always rank badly hence we always get tough groups at major tournaments due to bad ranking.

If we start taking our friendly matches serious, we will be ranking btw 1-30.
not just that, u have to beat teams above u in the fifa rank to be able to move better in the rankings, beat teams below u, it won't do u any good

Hahaha... no more questions but I don't see any scenario u layed out there as being tactical as both scenario won't affect the game tactically..
gk for gk is just a straight swap like striker for striker replacement.. one don tire and needs be replaced...
a goalie to goalie change can be tactical in any competitive match, no argument bros. Ask coaches they will tell u. Eg, if my team is heading towards penalty shoot outs and I know my 2nd keeper is better at saving spot kicks than my first choice, simple, I will bring in my № 2 when I know it's certain we are heading to penalties. Eg sarri/kepa/caballero incident at the last EFL cup in England

chidexxy007:

lol..... Give me one of such scenarios you've witnessed?
a match even if na street football.

The question is hypothetical and thus requires no proof of having occurred before. It merely needs to be established that it is possible without regard to how probable it might be.

Do you know that loosing to team below you is very bad as well. when you loose or play draw against team below you, you loose a lot of points. but when you loose against team above you, you might not even drop any point sef, depending on the position of that team (example is a top 10 team).

ASABA STADIUM AGAIN??

That Asaba stadium is a strong evidence that some Nigerian stadia are not built for sports, but for political rallies. For an oil - rich state like Delta, the Asaba stadium is disappointing.
bla bla bla make he be say u talk, some stadium dey play friendlies in some of those all perfect country are not all dat good and they don't complain much but nigerian wether they build heaven and earth they will never acknowledge instead they condem it,are you comparing those country to our country huh?most of their stadium have been built since centuries ago even b4 nigeria became nigeria

Fo all those shouting Mo Salah, he is not going to play the game. Anyway, my worry is with the Asaba Stadium. How can we keep playing our National team in dat pitch?? Haven't the NFF noticed that for our pattern of play nd the kind of fast attackers we have, a bigger staduim shoud be sort?? All our recent games in Asaba have been boring to watch really...
oya sorry, maybe they should play at ur backyard that way they won't play boring.mr boring

very true. But what I find baffling is why Senegal will be ranked 23 or so and Nigeria 46 in the world. what has Senegal won in Africa and world football to be so highly ranked than Nigeria? I don't really take this ranking serious

I have to say, Nigeria may have won Egypt but their build up play is really bad.. Rohr has to find a style of football for the team

For all the colonized minds let me tell una that except for arraignment, Rohr who cannot lead his own country anywhere, is not going to do anything for “Nigerians” except enrich his grandkids, who in turn, will sponsor the next generation of Buhari’s to maintain their interest in Africa in all things-including the expensive hiring of quack Oyibo coaches to make una feel important.

Sure, he's one of the tops scorers there. He has 14 goals from 23 Danish super league games, 2 goals from 4 Europa league games and 1 goal in 2 Danish cup games. His recent goal for Nigeria (1 goal in 2 games) has taken his season's record to 18 goals in 31 games, which is quite impressive.
