This is Nigeria. There's nothing like 9-5jobs. No one is complaining of 9-5jobs. Those in the developed countries have the problem and always complaining and looking for a way out.
But in Nigeria, majority don't even have any job and those that have are doing 7-5 and not 9-5 like the US.
In Nigeria at the moment, some won't even mind if the job is 24hours 7-7, just to put something on the table for their family.
It is very pitiful each time I see them resigning and complaining of their 9-5 jobs when in Nigeria, there's non at all.

Most jobs in Nigeria are sort of like corporate slavery. I can't deal, no way. Life is too short, I gotta live it.

I mean what's the point of making all the money and not having a life uh?

yes you dont necessarily have to shower once you showered the night before. However depending on the weather and other enviromental factors, you might have to apply roll on to combat sweating that might occur under the armpits during the night. smiley

OP, forget, late risers are usually not organised. You have to get them to start waking up early first before teaching them to be organized. It's a Process.

Here are Solutions.

(1) Get yourselfurself a very Loud alarm clock, with time you'll be waking up on your own, before the alarm clock even.
OR
(2) Find yourself a Live in Nocturnal Human whose job is to wake you up with Cold water every morning.
OR
(3) Own your own business (that way, you can sleep as you want)
Wrong. Being organised has nothing to do with how early you wake up, or how late you sleep. There are many early risers who are quite disorganized.

Just like cats and rats ..some humans are nocturnal too.

If you must cope with a daily morning job you can try sleeping on a near empty stomach. You 'd be more active the following morning

I am glad I just started this permanent night work 2 days ago. Finally my sleepless nights can be turned to cash

Night is bae. .if you know you know

I hope this thread does not encourage laziness sha. ..

Dirty habit. Bathing twice a day is most recommended especially for those living in tropical regions of the world.

How can you go 24hrs without taking a bath bros? shocked

The minimum should be every twelve hours if you don't want to smell like a pig sty.

who's talking about going 24 hrs a day without bathing? If you working a 9 - 5 , you can always shower once you are back from work and again just before you hit the sacks. It is not a dirty habit, it is more like a survival habit for people who arent early risers. Showering before going to work may affect their punctuality so they skip it and do it later.
Applying deodorants just after showering is not a dirty habbit. It helps combat sweating under the armpit that is why it is recommended especially for those in tropical regions and those who also sleep without a fan or A.C.
And you are wrong. I'm nowhere close to being a dirty person

Hey, don't take it hard bro. Just light hearted banter. Of course you are not a dirty person. Apologies if it came out wrong.

Are you aware that using roll on in a bid to stop sweating has been linked to cancer?

Also, using deodorant to mask the smell of an unwashed body doesn't make the unwashed body clean.

Nothing stops a 9-5 worker from bathing with sponge at 7pm before dinner and light showering at 6am before heading to work.12 hourly bath helps clear the pores on your skin.

I'm amazed that you can actually leave home in the morning and not have your bath. How about brushing your teeth? Do you also do that the night previous ONLY?

I must confess, this is the first time I'm hearing this suggestion of heading out in the morning to work without showering.

It seems you aren't getting my point. I am not encouraging anyone to use deodorants or whatever on a stanky body that is why I said it should be used right after showering. As for brushing, the mouth always smells badly after hours of it being closed so brushing in the morning or at least rinsing before heading out is highly recommended.

And yes, it may be your first time of hearing about this , but it is very common in some places (temprate regions) than others(tropics). Especially in the winter, 60% of working class Americans bathe every other day.
When your workplace is 2hrs train ride away and you are not a morning person, showering before heading out might not be the only thing you might have to defer to later. Breakfast too is important but people head out without having it because they don't wanna be late, they want to clock in early( and make more money).

I'm not advising anyone against showering regularly, I mean if you can shower a gazillion times a day go on it is very healthy, but there are sacrifices we have to make because we don't wanna see ourselves falling behind. People who are up at 4am for school or work do so because sleep is something they must sacrifice to not slack in their studies. Remember the body requires some certain amount of sleep yet sometimes we find ourselves in positions where you can't give it the amount of sleep it wants
