You can have all the sea port and oil in the world but if you do not properly manage your resources, you will not get far e.g, Nigeria

You can be landlocked country without a drop of oil but if you manage your resources well, you can become a success story, example Switzerland, Austria, Botswana and Ethiopia

Its not by sea port it's what you do with it.Somalia have the longest coast line in Africa and yet they are the poorest.
